Welcome to a marketplace you can truly trust—where you can buy and sell exclusive assets like hotel bookings, dining reservations, and more. We’ve designed a seamless platform not only for discovering new experiences but also for offering a solution when life doesn’t go as planned.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, our founder knows firsthand how quickly plans can change. But he also understands the hard-earned time and money that go into planning these experiences. That’s why this platform was created—to help you recover those costs when life throws a curveball.

We know, a new app can feel overwhelming. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We’ve put together easy-to-follow videos to guide you through everything you need to know. Just scroll down, and thanks for joining us on this journey!

The Discovery Feed

Once you’ve downloaded the app, the first screen you'll land on is the Discovery Feed. This is where you’ll explore new listings available for purchase and also where you can start listing an experience you’d like to resell. 

Key Buttons to Know:

  • Search: Located at the top of the screen, this feature allows you to get as specific as you’d like when searching for an experience. Think location, event, accommodation, and more.
  • Filter: Found to the right of the search bar, this helps you refine your results based on criteria like dates, number of guests, or price range.
  • Listings: As you scroll down, you’ll see all the experiences currently available on STELLAR.

Exploring a Listing

When you find a listing that catches your eye, simply tap on it to learn more.

In the detailed view, you’ll find:

  • Listing Title: A brief description of the experience, displayed at the top.
  • Key Details: Essential information, including:some text
    • Available dates
    • Number of guests allowed
    • Duration of the experience
    • Pricing

Need a hand while navigating STELLAR? Ella is here to help.

Simply look for the question mark icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. Tapping it will open a chat with Ella, your new best friend. She’s ready to assist you with:

  • Navigating app features
  • Managing your bookings
