Your Guide to Buying

You’re ready to purchase your first experience on STELLAR—nice! We know the marketplace is packed with incredible options, so we’re not too surprised. To make sure your first purchase goes smoothly, we’ve created a quick walkthrough to guide you through the process.

The Discovery Feed

Your journey begins on the Discovery Feed, where a world of opportunities awaits.

Key Buttons to Know: 

  • Search: Located at the top of the screen, this feature allows you to get as specific as you’d like when searching for an experience. Think location, event, accommodation, and more.
  • Filter: Found to the right of the search bar, this helps you refine your results based on criteria like dates, number of guests, or price range.
  • Listings: As you scroll down, you’ll see all the experiences currently available on STELLAR.

Exploring a Listing

When you find a listing that catches your eye, simply tap on it to view more details.

In the detailed view, you’ll find:

  • Listing Title: A brief description of the experience, displayed at the top.
  • Key Details: Essential information, including:
    • Available dates
    • Number of guests allowed
    • Duration of the experience
    • Pricing

Take your time to review these details and make sure they align with your plans.

Making Your Purchase

Ready to book? STELLAR offers two options:

  • Inquire: If you need more information, you can send an inquiry to our team.
  • Direct Purchase: Ready to commit? You can buy the experience directly.

Once you've decided to buy, you'll be guided through a our secure process to enter your payment details. After your payment is processed, you'll see a confirmation screen with all your booking details.
