Your Guide to Selling 

Something unexpected happened, and now you can’t take the vacation you’ve been looking forward to all year. To make matters worse, you’ve missed the point where you could recover 100% of your investment. Luckily, you found us! On our marketplace, you have the chance to recover from what could have been a significant financial loss.

Before we dive into the details, let's start with a quick visual tour of the selling process on STELLAR. This onboarding video will give you an overview of the key features and how to use them.

Now that you've got a visual overview, here’s a step-by-step for anyone who might need it.

Creating Your Listing

To begin your journey as a seller on STELLAR, you'll start by creating a listing. This is where you'll turn your unused booking into an opportunity for others.

When creating your listing, you'll need to provide:

  1. Dates: The timeframe for your booking.
  2. Location: Where the experience will take place.
  3. Confirmation Details: Upload emails or screenshots to verify your booking.
  4. Description: Highlight what makes your experience special.

Managing Your Listing and Payments

Once you've created your listing, you can easily track its progress and set up your payment details all in one place.

These are the stages your listing will move through:

Pending: Your listing is awaiting verification.

Verified: Our team has confirmed your booking details.

Listed: Your experience is now visible to potential buyers.

Sold: Congratulations! Your listing has been purchased.

Alongside this, you'll need to connect your Stripe account to STELLAR and verify your wallet to ensure smooth payment processing when your listing sells. We use Stripe for secure and efficient transactions, giving you peace of mind throughout the selling process.
