About the Position
We are looking for highly motivated candidates with three or more years of experience in an administrative role to apply to join STELLAR as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Founder. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Chairman and Founder, and will require proactive problem-solving, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This employee will report to the Chairman and Founder.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, emails, and communication
- Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, and itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for review and presentation
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, directors, and managers
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Chairman and Founder
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides), Slack, Asana, and other relevant software
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience managing travel arrangements, dining reservations, and itineraries
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range and Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for:
- Company-paid medical and dental benefits
- Company-matched 401(k), up to 6% of salary matched by STELLAR
- Paid time off (per year):
- 12 vacation days
- 9 bank holidays
- 6 sick days
- $75 per month stipend towards phone bill coverage
After first year of employment, employees are eligible for:
- Annual incentive bonus, 3% of annual base salary
