Stellar Experiences Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset and Reservations Manager to join our dynamic tech start-up marketplace team, Stellar. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management and seamless transfer of non-cancelable and nonrefundable reservations, such as tickets to concerts and sporting events, travel accommodations, and dining reservations. The Asset and Reservations Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our marketplace inventory while facilitating legitimate bookings and transactions between sellers and buyers.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of non-cancelable and nonrefundable reservations within the marketplace platform. Regularly update and categorize assets for easy access and retrieval.

• Booking Verification: Thoroughly review and verify incoming reservation requests from sellers to ensure legitimacy and compliance with marketplace policies. Communicate with sellers to validate reservation details and resolve any discrepancies.

• Seamless Transfer: Facilitate smooth transfer of reservations from sellers to buyers, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free process. Coordinate with both parties to schedule and execute transfers, providing clear instructions and support.

• Transaction Oversight: Monitor and oversee the booking and transfer process, addressing any issues that may arise during the transfer of reservations. Act as a point of contact for sellers and buyers, offering assistance and resolving conflicts if needed.

• Documentation and Records: Maintain comprehensive records of all reservations, transfers, and transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Generate reports and summaries as required by the management team.

• Marketplace Integrity: Uphold Stellar's reputation by enforcing policies and guidelines related to inventory management, booking procedures, and customer interactions.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Legal, and Finance, to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to asset and reservation management.

• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of the asset and reservation management system. Implement best practices to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to sellers and buyers on the booking and transfer process. Address inquiries and provide assistance to ensure a positive user experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Proven experience in inventory management, asset tracking, or reservations management, preferably within the tech or e-commerce industry.
