Position Overview

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. Use insights to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, asset tracking, or reservations management, preferably within the tech or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle conflicts with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Prior experience in managing reservations, such as event tickets, travel accommodations, and dining bookings, is a plus.
